Being involved in our local community is important to all of us
This year we are a headline sponsor to Wallington Little League – a registered charity that provides free football for children up to the age of 13. The emphasis is on participation and teaching youngsters the importance of developing team spirit, self discipline and sportsmanship. Teams play every Saturday morning in our local park and members of staff have the opportunity to watch matches and to get involved.
With the well known benefits that a Ninetendo Wii can offer senior members of our society we donated one to Beddington and Wallington Senior Citizen’s club. Now members can enjoy keeping fit and active playing and competing against each other and it’s quickly become the most popular activity!
We encourage and support everyone at Penta to take up challenges and raise money. For instance our colleague Ben Alexander successfully completed the Three Peaks Challenge on 6th June in aid of the Geoff Thomas Foundation and we gave him £500 towards his target.
